Dr. Abdalla Omira is a vascular and endovascular surgeon with broad experience across arterial, venous, and dialysis-access surgery. Alongside clinical practice, he contributes as a speaker and scientific presenter at national and international vascular meetings, translating operative experience and emerging techniques into practical education for colleagues.
His practice spans peripheral arterial disease, limb-salvage revascularization, venous disorders, dialysis access, and complex vascular procedures. Working across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and operative settings, he combines open surgery with catheter-based and hybrid approaches according to anatomy, urgency, and the individual needs of each patient.
A central focus of his academic work is the controlled use of medical cyanoacrylate in vascular surgery. His work includes the Omira Technique for non-thermal saphenous vein closure, glue-assisted fixation during arteriovenous fistula superficialization, and selected applications in pelvic venous embolization and vascular hemostasis.
